Why we are firm about this
India's Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 specifically covers talismans, mantras and kavachs claimed to have curative power, and it carries criminal liability. Separately, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the person who makes the endorsement can personally be fined up to ₹10 lakh and barred from endorsements for up to three years — that is you, not only us.

Questions
Do I need a large following?
No. We have no follower minimum. We care whether the people who listen to you actually act on your guidance. A working astrologer with a steady consultation practice is exactly who this programme is built for.
How do I know a sale was mine?
Two ways. Your code is recorded on the order itself, which is the reliable one. Your link also sets a 30-day tracking cookie. You get an email the moment a sale is attributed to you, and your dashboard shows every order, its status and your running balance. Always lead with your code — links can be lost when someone switches phone or browser, or buys from inside the Instagram or WhatsApp browser. A code cannot be lost.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is approved 10 days after the order is delivered, which lets the 7-day return window close. Approved commission for a calendar month is paid on or after the 7th of the following month, once your balance is at least ₹1,000. Below that it rolls over — it is never lost.
What about tax?
Commission is income in your hands and you declare it yourself. We deduct TDS under Section 194H once your commission for the financial year crosses the statutory threshold, deposit it against your PAN, and issue you Form 16A. This is why a valid PAN is required at signup — without one, tax is deducted at a much higher rate. If you are GST-registered, give us your GSTIN and raise an invoice; if you are not, no GST applies.
Can I use my own code for my own purchases?
No. Self-referrals — yours, your family's or your household's — earn no commission, and repeated attempts end the partnership. If you want a stone for yourself, tell us and we will look after you separately.
Can I run ads?
Yes, on your own budget — but not on our brand name. No paid search, shopping or social ads targeting "MantraMani", misspellings of it, or our domain. And please do not post your code to coupon or cashback aggregator sites.
Can I leave?
Any time, by email. Commission already earned on orders already placed is paid out normally in the next cycle.
