You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What we cannot take back.

• Gold, Silver and Panchadhatu rings
• Custom products — special orders and personalised items
• Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page. Regular promotional discounts do not affect your 7-day return right.
• Gift cards

Not your fault? Not your cost.

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We evaluate and make it right.

Swap, don’t wait.

The fastest route is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

14-day cooling off.

If the merchandise ships into the European Union you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Same condition rules apply.

10 business days.

We notify you once the return is received and inspected. If approved, you are refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may add time. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email returns@mantramani.com.
