Prepaid ships same day.

• Prepaid orders are processed the same day after payment confirmation
• COD orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch
• Order confirmation email sent right after purchase
• Festive and sale periods may add 1–2 days

3–5 days in India.

• India: 3–5 business days depending on location
• International: 10–15 business days, subject to customs

Free in India. No minimum.

• Free shipping on every Indian order, to every PIN code. There is no minimum cart value — a ₹1 order ships free and so does a ₹1,00,000 order
• Cash on Delivery adds a flat ₹49 per order
• Pay online and a flat 5% is taken off your order — applied automatically at checkout
• International: calculated at checkout; duties are the buyer’s responsibility

Once shipped you receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS, and can follow the shipment in real time.
