The 10× Authenticity Guarantee

If an independent laboratory finds your gemstone is not what our certificate says it is, we refund ten times what you paid for it.

In plain words: every item we sell ships with a MantraMani lab report stating exactly what
the stone is. If you have that item independently tested and an accredited laboratory finds it is
materially different from what our report states, we will refund ten times the price you paid
for that item, reimburse your testing fee, and take the item back — subject to the terms below.

What counts as a valid claim

Wrong material

The item is a different gemstone species or variety from the one named on the MantraMani report supplied with it.

Synthetic sold as natural

The item is lab-grown, simulated or reconstituted, where our report identifies it as natural.

Undisclosed treatment

The item carries a treatment — dyeing, glass filling, irradiation and similar — that is not disclosed on our report or the product page.

Rudraksha and organic items

The bead is a different mukhi count or a different species from the one stated, or is artificially carved or joined.

How to make a claim

Tell us within 30 days of delivery
Email blessings@mantramani.com with your order number and the report number printed on your MantraMani certificate.
Have the item tested independently
Use any NABL-accredited gemmological laboratory in India — for example GTL, GJEPC, IIGJ or an equivalent accredited lab. The lab must be independent of both you and MantraMani. You pay the fee up front; we reimburse it in full if your claim is upheld.
Send us both reports
Email the independent report alongside your MantraMani certificate. We acknowledge every claim within 48 hours.
We resolve within 30 days
If the two reports materially disagree, the claim is upheld. Where the finding is unclear, both parties agree to a single re-test at a third NABL-accredited lab of mutual choice, whose finding is final.
We refund and collect the item
We pay ten times the item price you paid, plus your laboratory fee, to your original payment method. We arrange and pay for return collection of the item, which remains our property once refunded.

What this guarantee does not cover

Natural variation. Differences in colour, tone, shape, size or inclusions between your item and the photographs. These are inherent to natural stones and are covered in our Disclaimers.
Disclosed treatments. Any treatment already stated on the MantraMani report or the product page at the time of sale.
Altered items. Items that have been re-cut, re-polished, re-set, drilled, repaired or damaged after delivery, or where the original certificate cannot be produced.
Weight and measurement tolerance. Differences of up to 5% in stated carat weight or dimensions, which fall within normal measurement variance between laboratories.
Outcomes and results. This guarantee concerns the identity and authenticity of the material only. It makes no promise about astrological, spiritual, health or financial outcomes — see Disclaimers.
Items not sold by MantraMani, or resold, gifted onward, or purchased through any channel other than mantramani.com and our authorised marketplaces.

Limits

The maximum payable under this guarantee is ₹50,000 per item and ₹50,000 per customer
in any twelve-month period. One claim may be made per item. The guarantee is available to the
original purchaser only and is not transferable. MantraMani may update these terms at any time; the
version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
