Where do I find my reward code?+
Reward codes are printed on the card packed with your parcel, or sent to you by email or WhatsApp when you take part in a MantraMani campaign, giveaway or partner event.
Why is my code showing as not found?+
The usual causes are a mistyped character, a code from a campaign that has finished, or a code that has already been used. Codes are not case sensitive. If it still will not verify, contact our support team with the code and your order number.
Is verifying the same as redeeming?+
No. Verifying only confirms the code is genuine and shows the benefit attached to it. The reward is applied to your order at checkout, so nothing is used up by checking it here.
Can I combine a reward with another offer?+
It depends on the campaign the code was issued under. Most rewards cannot be stacked on top of an active site-wide offer. If you are unsure, ask us before you place the order or see the MantraMani FAQs.
How long does a reward code stay valid?+
Validity is stated on the card or message the code arrived with. Once a campaign closes the code stops verifying on this page, which is the quickest way to tell whether it is still live.
Is this the same as certificate verification?+
No — they are separate checks. This page verifies promotional reward codes. To pull up the lab identification report for a gemstone you have bought, use certificate verification instead.
